Our mission at Spears Strong is to grow our positive community that fosters a culture of change, a place where we can support and lift each other up and feel comfortable to grow and do the things we need to get healthier and feel better every day.
The Spears Strong community has no ego. We are not competitive. We are encouraging. We are a group of people trying to get better every day but we’re having fun while we do it and we are never judging or worrying what someone else is doing. We focus on the core Life Principles of daily physical improvement, getting outdoors, recognizing and recovering from stress and structuring your daily life to maximize productivity while still having energy and time for yourself, your family and your passions.
We’re here to guide you, believe in you and cheer you on. But we’re also here to hold you accountable, challenge you and push you out of your comfort zone.
