Spears Strong Online

All Spears Strong services can be conducted online with the same level of efficacy and quality. Our online Personal Training and Health Coaching sessions are conducted on our virtual platform for your personal ease of use, comfort and confidence that your Health Coach or Personal Trainer is fully engaged with you even though we are not physically together. All you need is a device and strong wifi.

We also have virtual-only services for our Spears Strongers who like to workout at home or live out of the area. If you’re looking for video subscriptions and all online services, you’re on the right page!

 

Foundation Program Self-Disciplined

The name says it all. Just like acquiring and maintaining any other dynamic ability, your fitness, how your body moves and functions (musculoskeletal, nervous, and immune system) depends on having a strong Foundation. From sun up to sun down our 5-20 minute trainer and coach led movement sessions will increase your energy, improve your mood and keep your body feeling good.

How it Works

  • All access to our robust Foundation Program video library

    • Daily movement routines delivered to your phone via text reminders.

      • Morning and Evening routines to help you wake up and wind down.

      • 5 min. movement routines to boost your energy and help you focus.

      • Warmups and Cooldowns for all other life activities. (cycling, gardening, running, hiking …)

      • 10 min. movement to transition your day from work to home.

    • Monthly educational strategies on improving Sleep, Nutrition, Movement, Mindset, Breathing and Getting off the Grid. Check out our Themes of the Month calendar here!

      • Weekly challenges based on the Theme of the Month (see calendar below)

Foundation Program w/ Health Coaching

How it Works

Adding Health Coaching gets you everything in the Foundation Program Self-Disciplined plus:

  • 1 Health Coaching session (60 min.) to individualize your plan to support and make progress on your goals. (every 5 weeks).

  • Weekly phone check-ins to keep you on track. (5-10 min.).

  • All Access to Spears Strong’s complete video library via any routines your Health Coach designates as relevant to your individual plan and goals.

At-Home Trainer Led Workouts

Do you like working out from the comfort of your living room or personal workout space? Want to go your own pace and do it on your schedule? Our At-Home Trainer-Led Workouts are Spears Strong designed and led by our knowledgeable, encouraging and supportive trainers. Choose one style of workout or all and you’ll get four different workouts to choose from in each category per month, giving you a lot of variety and excitement. Each week you’ll get a new workout and access to the oldest one will expire, meaning you and your body will never get bored.

How it Works

Basics: If you’re new to Spears Strong, dealing with an injury or just getting back into fitness, start here. This will introduce your brain and your body to our unique movements designed to fire up all of your muscles and work your complete body. We’ll cover all the Basics and challenge you in surprising ways.


Strength & Stretch/Stretch & Strength: Every other week you get a new one of these workouts led by a different trainer. One has more emphasis on Strength while the other focuses on more on Stretch. Both are designed to build you up and get you feeling good.


Conditioning: You’re ready to sweat, push and challenge yourself if you’re going for Conditioning. You should have no current injuries and feel comfortable with high intensity. But you’ll still leave feeling good thanks to our training philosophy of working your complete body in a balanced way to keep your joints from feeling the pull of overworked or uneven muscle fatigue.
