Social Group Run

Run with Spears Strong! Warm-up and Cool-down with our trainer and go for a self-pace run (or walk!) Location TBD. We’ll meet back for the cool down at 11 am and for a little socialization! More details coming soon!

Whether you’re training for a race, building mileage or just want to get outside with an awesome group of people you are welcome!
