building strength and stability through your core. Stay resilient, mobile and confident. Stay on the trails, board, or bike, and keep up with the kids or grandkids! Stave off arthritis and fall risks and maintain muscle mass through all stages of life.
In this series we’ll focus on building strength between shoulders and hips. Keep low back pain and age-related scoliosis at bay, improve stability and keep yourself upright and moving.
Progressing, supportive group workouts focused on building core strength and building and maintaining muscle and joint health.
Includes weekly group workouts and guidance on what to do outside of weekly workouts.

For all women as long as you’re injury-free. Fitness and workout experience are not required! If you are struggling with injury or chronic pain, check out our start programs and we’ll work with you individually first. Sessions are sold as a package and expire after the series ends (no make-ups).

What to Expect: progression, camaraderie and accountability! You will progress through optimizing range of motion, activating all the muscles in your lower body, then building muscular endurance and strength. All workouts are full body workouts with emphasis on lower body strength.
What you’ll get: challenging weekly workouts with a fun, supportive group. At-home workouts to speed up recovery and compound the work you do in your group sessions. Accountability and opportunities to earn prizes for keeping up with your at-home assignments.

Who: All fitness levels welcome. For women who are getting back into fitness, who are already working out, or who don’t work out at all but want to improve their lower body strength. Must be injury free, but fitness/workout experience is not required.

Feel more confident and stable when walking, running, biking, hiking and climbing up or down stairs. Improve your squats, lunges and more as you activate and strengthen your glutes, hips and the rest of your body in this 5-week Lower Body Strength for Women series.

Low impact strength training emphasizing hips and legs, this series is for building strength and stability in your lower body. Take control of your health trajectory, build muscle mass, improve joint health, increase agility, don’t hesitate to take the stairs! Get ready to feel every muscle in your legs, hips and butt, and to feel more confident lifting with your legs, tackling tougher trails and trying new things.
