5 week series for strength and confidence in your upper body

For women who are getting back into fitness, who are already working out, or who don’t work out at all but want to improve their upper body strength. Must be injury-free, but fitness and workout experience are not required.

How It Works

Build strength and confidence in your ability to use your upper body, whether you need to hold a kid, carry all the groceries in at once, hang curtains, or lift things up and put them down!

It’s never just about your arms - our whole body is always working together. So much so, that maintaining good upper body strength can help you run faster or hike longer, and reduce your fall risk as you age! Join us to build the strength necessary to confidently move through your life, lift things up, put them down, push yourself off the floor, and open your own jars! 

What will you experience: Progressing, supportive group workouts focused on building range of motion and strength to help you move and use your upper body efficiently. This will not be all arm workouts. All workouts will be full body, with an emphasis on improving upper body strength. Join us to learn why!

Women’s Strength for the Trails

5 week series for endurance and agility

Wednesdays at 5:15 pm, March 4-April 1 at Spears Strong

Hit the trails with confidence this spring and summer! Whether you’re a hiker, runner, or cyclist, this series will help you go farther with more ease. These full-body, low impact workouts will focus on getting you stronger and more stable so that you are ready for all your spring and summer adventures. Build endurance, strength, stability and agility through circuit training and obstacle course style workouts at the Spears Strong Lab.

Guidance will be provided for recovery and to build on your efforts in your weekly workouts, plus pre and post testing to measure your progress!SPACE LIMITED, SIGN-UP TODAY!

For all women as long as you’re injury-free. Fitness and workout experience are not required! If you are struggling with injury or chronic pain, check out our start programs and we’ll work with you individually first.
