This is your opportunity to get to know Spears Strong! Come sample our different workouts and session types for 30 minutes for FREE. Our trainers and coaches will give a brief presentation after and have time for your questions so plan for an hour at the Spears Strong Lab. Workouts are open to all levels. Pre-registration is required, see workout options and sign-up links below. Want to just watch the workout and hear the presentation? That’s ok too!!
Personal/Partner Training
9-10 am Find out if personal or partner training is right for you.
Senior Strength
10-11 am Gain strength, better balance, and maintain mobility so you can stay active in all your hobbies and your life.
Walking Workout
11 am - 12 pm We will walk for a bit and workout for a bit. This workout is low impact and great for anyone getting into or back to fitness or anyone who needs some relief in the outdoors.
Small Group Training
1-2 pm Community, Support, Guidance, Fun. Progress your fitness with positive people.
Stretch & Roll
2-3 pm The perfect recovery break in your week, this workout will leave you feeling good, speed up recovery from tougher workouts, and offer you a chance to work the weekday tension out of your body.
Womens Only Strength Series
3-4 pm This women’s only group workout series is the perfect way to jump back into fitness or take your workouts to the next level.
