Drink half your body weight in ounces
Humans are made up of: 60% water total, 70% of muscle is water , 10% of fat is water
Eating Timing- the importance of breakfast and pre/post workout fueling
Kitchen’s Closed: An example of a food strategy would that you don’t eat food after a certain time (ideally 1-3 hours before bed). A pre-negotiation for this s strategy would be allowing yourself to eat later if it’s a celebration or a special event.
Eating Plants: Fruits, vegetables, beans, grains … are all nutrient dense foods that contain a good amount of fiber. Fiber slows digestion, making you feel fuller and reducing blood sugar spikes.
