What are you working out for? Spears Strong wants to give you motivation to get strong and mobile in the lab, something to workout for and give you direction. We love the PNW as much as you do and so we offer adventures geared at getting you outdoors and out of your comfort zone!


SUP Workouts

Stand-Up Paddle Board (SUP) Workouts are designed to get you connected and confident with the board. All levels, including first timers, are welcome. Spears Strong Stand-Up Paddle Board workouts are held at Lacamas Lake and Round Lake, using boards from Sweetwater SUP rentals, or you can bring your own board.

Sign-up early! SUP workouts will fill up fast and capacity is limited. Meets at the Lacamas Lake parking lot at the bottom of Lake Road. Warm-up on land starts at 8:45 am- arrive early to get your board.

The Spears Strong trail running series equipped me with the skills and confidence I needed to take in the beauty around me while on the trail, rather than focusing on my feet. I feel prepared to go out and explore the trails of the PNW and beyond!
