Cost $140/month 

Spears Strong will hold a free (we ask you to bring a donation to the local food pantry) Cardio Endurance workout on Thanksgiving Day. Pre-registration is required. We will be closed on Black Friday, Nov. 23 and we encourage you to opt outside that day! There will also be no group workout Wednesday night, Nov. 21.

Cardio Endurance

This primarily bodyweight-based class is designed to get your heart racing and your muscles working past the point of fatigue. Push beyond your physical and mental limits and find more ease on your next run, hike, stair climb or trip to the park.

Functional Flexibility 

This lower impact class is intended to help you find new lengths and new strengths. Get the chair out of your body and improve your range of motion and structural alignment with functional exercises meant to get your body moving in every direction.  

 

 

Functional Strength 

This strength-based moving workout is a little lower heart rate and lower impact. Great for getting back into fitness and/or starting out with Spears Strong!


Strength + Power

In this workout you will use a variety of equipment including sand bags, TRX suspension straps, medicine balls, range of motion bars, your own body weight and more. This workout is designed to get you stronger, faster and more explosive so you're ready for any and all adventures.

Body Restoration 

Bring attention to all those small areas with big impact. This workout will slow things down to bring new awareness and balance to your structure, all while giving your body the opportunity to rebuild and renew. Class size is limited and uses Trigger Point foam rollers and Pinky Balls (provided by Spears Strong). 

 

It’s more than just training your body. Jonathan’s approach trains the mind as well. I feel like I have more energy, I feel stronger and ready to tackle the challenges of the day (office or home), especially after the morning workout.
