Spears Strong Group Workouts
Join a fun and positive community to workout with. Feel secure that you will be safe in your group workout because they are designed and led by our knowledgeable personal trainers. All trainers are ADAPT Training certified and every workout is different, giving you variety and excitement week after week. All moves are modifiable and group workouts are tailored to meet all levels of fitness.
You can come to Spears Strong Group Workouts without having to think about what you need to do. Your body’s movements will improve and you will feel good. You will gain strength and flexibility for your day to day life and you will progress with consistency but it will be slower than with individual training. Group workouts are designed to meet the needs of many so they do not include training plans or specific guidance for outside the Spears Strong Lab.

This primarily bodyweight-based class is designed to get your heart racing and your muscles working past the point of fatigue. Push beyond your physical and mental limits and find more ease on your next run, hike, stair climb or trip to the park.
This lower impact class is intended to help you find new lengths and new strengths. Get the chair out of your body and improve your range of motion and structural alignment with functional exercises meant to get your body moving in every direction.
This strength-based moving workout is a little lower heart rate and lower impact. Great for getting back into fitness and/or starting out with Spears Strong!
Strength + Power
In this workout you will use a variety of equipment including sand bags, TRX suspension straps, medicine balls, range of motion bars, your own body weight and more. This workout is designed to get you stronger, faster and more explosive so you're ready for any and all adventures.
Bring attention to all those small areas with big impact. This workout will slow things down to bring new awareness and balance to your structure, all while giving your body the opportunity to rebuild and renew.
