SUP Workouts 

SUP Workouts are designed to get you connected and confident with the board. All levels, including first timers, are welcome.  Spears Strong Stand-Up Paddle Board workouts are held at Lacamas Lake and Round Lake, using boards from Sweetwater SUP rentals, or you can bring your own board.  

Sign-up early! SUP workouts will fill up fast and capacity is limited. Meets at the Lacamas Lake parking lot at the bottom of Lake Road. Warm-up on land starts at 8:45 am- arrive early to get your board.
